Locums - Jupiter, Florida, Breast Imaging Radiology Job

Locum job opening
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible breast imaging radiologist
Onsite position - teleradiology is not available
Monday-Friday schedule
Typical hours:
8:30 a.m.-4:00/4:30 p.m. when three radiologists are working
8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. when two radiologists are working
Approximately 50-60 cases per day
Case mix includes:
Screening mammography
Diagnostic mammography
Breast ultrasound
Bone density studies
Breast procedures
Some cases involve multiple studies, such as screening mammography combined with breast ultrasound and/or bone density
Breast procedures may be performed based on the radiologist's comfort level
Opportunity to perform 3+ breast procedures per day , depending on comfort level and volume
Procedures may include stereotactic breast biopsies
PACS: Change Healthcare
Dictation: PowerScribe
EMR: Epic
Current coverage needs - weeks of:

November 23
November 30
December 7
December 14
December 21
December 28
January 4
Additional single-day coverage: December 18
