Breast Imaging Radiologist Location: Rochester, New YorkOutpatient Only No Call No Weekends Position Overview Focus: Screening and diagnostic breast imagingSetting: On-site or hybrid (outpatient only)Schedule Options:Part-time: 2-3 days/weekFull-time: 4 days/week No callNo weekendsPossible sign on bonus + relocation assistance Team of 7 experienced breast imaging radiologistsW2 only (no 1099)Open to 2026 and 2027 candidates!No visa sponsorship Clinical Volume (Predictable & Manageable) Screening Mammography: 80/dayDiagnostic Mammography: 14/dayScreening Ultrasound: 20/day (performed by sonographers)Breast MRI: Up to 5/day Technology & Services PACS: SectraEMR/RIS: Custom-built system with in-house programmerIn-house medical outcomes & research staff Modalities Include: Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT)Breast UltrasoundBreast MRIBiopsy ProceduresGenetic Counseling / High-Risk DepartmentBone Densitometry Exceptional Physician Support Dedicated medical assistant per radiologistStudies prepped and hung in advancePrior imaging and reports retrievedMinimal dictation (templated/canned reports selected by support staff) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (discussed directly)Sign-on bonusRelocation assistance9% employer retirement contributionFlexible vacation - up to 8 weeksPartnership track: 1-2 years Qualifications MD or DOBoard Certified in RadiologyFellowship training in Breast Imaging preferredExpertise in mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and biopsiesStrong communicator, collaborative mindset Organization Highlights Physician-owned and physician-ledNationally recognized breast imaging centerEmphasis on quality, efficiency, and physician well-beingStable, collegial culture RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
