Seeking a board certified Interventional Radiologist
Coverage dates for the remainder of 2026:
October 5-9
October 12-16
October 19-23
November 9-13
November 23-27
December 7-11
December 21-25
December 28-January 1
Reason for need: New position
20+ shifts per month available
Consecutive shifts preferred
Monday-Friday schedule
No weekends
Client is open to multiple locum providers to help meet coverage needs
Must have an active Illinois medical license
IMLC not accepted
Clean background required
ACLS certification required
EMR: Epic

ProceduresThe Interventional Radiologist will perform a wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.
Common procedures may include:
CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, including:
Lung
Thyroid
Renal
Liver
Bone
Lymph node
Bone marrow
Drain placements and management
Abscess drains
Chest tubes
Drain exchanges
Biliary procedures
GI and GU procedures
Vascular procedures and access
Hemodialysis access procedures
Oncology-related interventional procedures
Providers will work closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and procedural staff to deliver comprehensive interventional radiology services.
