Job description
Interventional Radiology Locums Job in Idaho 1-2 Weeks per Month Beginning January - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
Minimum availability: 1 week per month (Monday - Sunday, 7 consecutive days) with no exceptions
Ideal availability: 2 consecutive weeks per month
Shift Details
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Night Call 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM (0-1 hours of callback per shift)
Saturday - Sunday: 24-hour call, 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (2-3 hours of callback per shift)
Requirements
Board Certified
Active Idaho license or active IMLC LOQ required
Must cover a minimum of 7 consecutive days per month
Clean background strongly preferred
Required Procedures / Skills
Trauma Embolization (Body)
Pulmonary Thrombectomy
Gastric tube placement
Biliary / Chole tube placement
Nephrostomy and Ureteral stenting
Dialysis Graft / Fistula stenting
Body Arteriography
IVC Filter placement and Removal
Ideal/Preferred Procedures: Cryo Ablation, Thermal Ablation, TIPS, Venous and Arterial Stenting, Venous and Arterial extremity thrombectomy/limb salvage, Prostate and Uterine artery embolization, Gonadal vein Embolization, Uterine Fibroid Embolization, Y90 / Chemo Embolization, Pseudoaneurysm treatment, Vertebral Body Biopsy
Assignment Details
Practice setting: Acute Care Hospital
Interventional radiology services include biplane angiography, MRI/MRA, CT/CTA, CT perfusion, and 4-vessel angiography
Support staff: 4 Interventional Radiologists and 5 APPs
Hospital call is split between Radiologists and APPs to minimize call burden
