Interventional Radiologist Locums - Corpus Christi, Texas Float Pool Onsite OnlyAVAILABILITYUrgent Coverage Needed: 09/28/2026 - 10/05/2026 Schedule: Monday-FridayOnsite Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Lunch: Provider will have time to take a lunch; rate covers 8:00 AM-5:00 PMLocation: Onsite only Assignment Structure: Provider will be assigned to one system for the week and will float between two sites within that systemLocum-to-Perm: AvailablePermanent: Available LICENSE & CREDENTIALSBoard Certification: ABR required Fellowship: Interventional Radiology fellowship required Texas License: Active Texas license required DEA: Required and must be in hand and usable before submission FLOAT / CALL REQUIREMENTSProviders will float between two sites within their assigned system during the weekMorning and afternoon site assignments may varySome days may be spent entirely at one siteCall requirements vary by assigned systemEvening and weekend call may require the provider to be called in for proceduresProvider must be comfortable with onsite coverage and call responsibilities CLINICAL REQUIREMENTSSpecialty: Interventional RadiologyPractice: Onsite onlyProcedures: Bread-and-butter IRComplex IR: Must be comfortable performing more complex procedures, including cold legsAverage Volume: 4-7 procedures per day , depending on volumeHigher volume expected during peak periods such as Spring BreakRadiology Director will collaborate with provider to develop a schedule based on comfort levelPA support available for fluoroscopy and related procedures ADDITIONAL DETAILSProviders may be assigned to either of two site groupingsOne site grouping generally has a higher-acuity IR workload and more complex proceduresThe other site grouping is generally lower volume, with providers often finishing closer to 4:00 PMProviders covering cases beyond 5:00 PM will receive additional hourly compensation Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
