Step into an outpatient Interventional Radiology practice in a Gulf Coast Texas market with no call , strong PAD and embolization demand , 2 established OBLs plus 1 ASC, and a compensation model built for physicians who want upside beyond hospital employment.

$700K base, $1M proven income
Full benefits, $30K signing bonus plus $10K relocation, PTO, CME
Existing procedural demand with scheduling backlog
No mandatory call and outpatient-only procedural focus
Procedure mix: PAD interventions, atherectomy, venous work, embolization, UFE, and GAE
Supported by APPs, your own tech team, and procedural mentorship for developing IR physicians
