Interventional Radiologist opening Jacksonville, FL Northeast Florida Äî Physician-Led Outpatient Vascular Practice Position Details Full-time, permanent position Äî start date 2027 Setting: 100% outpatient interventional radiology Private practice employment Physician-led group of 8 physicians and 7 experienced mid-level practitioners Practice OverviewSeeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established, physician-led outpatient vascular and IR practice in Jacksonville: Heavy emphasis on complex peripheral arterial disease (PAD), critical limb ischemia (CLI), and complex below-the-knee (BTK) revascularization Robust deep and superficial venous practice including deep venous reconstructions (stenting), thrombectomy/thrombolysis, venous insufficiency treatments, and varicose vein treatment Responsibility for managing a Coronary PET, CT and Coronary Angiography, and general PET and CT program Currently one fully operational state-of-the-art IR lab Two new OR/ASC suites under construction Äî opening 2027, designed for advanced endovascular, venous, and outpatient IR procedures Cutting-edge new PET/CT imaging technology with strong procedural support Strong support from skilled mid-levels, technologists, and nursing staff Collegial, collaborative environment within a stable and respected practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus productivity-based compensation Private practice employment model Details on full benefits package provided upon inquiry Required Qualifications MD or DO Äî Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR/AOBR) Advanced endovascular proficiency in both arterial (BTK) and complex venous work Äî required Experience in coronary and general CT interpretation Äî required Level 2/3 CCTA and Cardiac PET training and qualifications Äî highly preferred Florida medical license or willingness to obtain Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork About the Community Äì Jacksonville, Florida Perfect blend of coastal living and big-city amenities Äî Florida's largest city by area Over 20 miles of pristine beaches and the scenic St. Johns River winding through the city Year-round sunshine ideal for boating, fishing, golfing, and outdoor recreation Vibrant dining scene, professional sports teams, and thriving arts and music festivals Family-friendly neighborhoods with excellent schools No state income tax in Florida Lower cost of living compared to many major U.S. metros Easy access to both Orlando and Savannah Jacksonville International Airport offering convenient regional and national connections
