Interventional Radiology Central Illinois Step into a premier Interventional Radiology role at a Level I Trauma Center in Central Illinois, where high-complexity procedural scope, high guaranteed earnings, and potential academic affiliations converge. Joining a growing IR team in a tertiary referral facility equipped with dedicated suites and specialized staff, you will perform complex interventions including prostate embolizations, interventional oncology, and trauma cases. This full-time IR position offers top-tier market compensation paired with optional leadership and academic expansion.
Practice Overview:
You'll join a dedicated IR team, aiming to expand to four physicians
Engage in a full spectrum of interventional procedures, including complex cases like prostate embolization and interventional oncology
Work in a Level I Trauma Center with dedicated IR suites and specialized staff
Potential for academic and research affiliation with a leading medical college
Schedule:
Interventional Radiology leadership opportunity will be considered with corresponding leadership experience
7 on 7 off work schedule available if desired; candidates desiring other flexible work schedules will be considered
Hybrid scheduling models of Interventional Radiology and traditional Radiology will be considered for interested candidates
Rotating schedule with night call and weekend coverage; focused on urgent and emergent weekend cases
Collaborate with a team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $675,000 to $730,000

Candidate Requirements:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
Comfort with complex IR procedures and willingness to manage trauma cases
RPVI qualifications are desired for vascular lab responsibilities
