POSITION TITLE
Fully Remote Neuroradiologist 7 Nights On, 14 Days Off
ABOUT THE ROLE
The University of Kentucky College of Medicine Department of Radiology is recruiting a full-time neuroradiologist for a fully remote clinical faculty position.
The schedule consists of seven consecutive overnight clinical shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time, followed by 14 rest and nonclinical days. This position offers competitive academic compensation, a highly desirable schedule, and the flexibility to work remotely from an approved location.
Qualified candidates may be appointed at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level based on experience and academic qualifications.
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
• Fully remote clinical faculty position
• Seven consecutive overnight shifts followed by 14 rest and nonclinical days
• Clinical hours from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time
• Established Division of Neuroradiology with a neuroradiology fellowship
• Support a high-volume academic health system and Level I Trauma Center
• Collaborative department with more than 60 faculty members
• Opportunities to teach residents, fellows, and medical students
• Research opportunities in neuroimaging, functional MRI, artificial intelligence, and other areas
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Starting salary of $551,500 at the Assistant Professor level
• Additional compensation based on academic rank and experience
• $50,000 signing bonus, subject to applicable conditions
• 200% retirement plan match with a three-year vesting period
• $7,500 in annual professional development funds
• Tuition assistance for eligible dependents
QUALIFICATIONS
• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
• Completion of an accredited diagnostic radiology residency
• Completion of a neuroradiology fellowship
• Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology
• Eligibility for appropriate medical licensure and credentialing
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care and collaboration

REMOTE WORK
The position is fully remote, subject to University of Kentucky employment, licensing, and credentialing requirements. The schedule may be particularly attractive to physicians in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
