Radiologic Technologist
Schedule
This position offers a Day 4x10-Hour shift, with potential start times of 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM, ending at 4:30 PM or 6:00 PM.
Job Description
The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing NM procedures, operating diagnostic equipment, and ensuring quality control on equipment. This role involves assisting physicians in various diagnostic procedures, monitoring and recording radioactive materials, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Perform NM procedures and assist in the diagnostic process.
Operate the GE Ventri machine to acquire imaging results.
Monitor and document all radioactive materials used during procedures.
Maintain quality control standards for all imaging equipment.
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures, including IV insertion.
Utilize charting systems like PACS, Xceleris, and Webhis for documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.
BLS certification required.
Valid ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
Experience with imaging systems and processing is preferred.
