The facility provides comprehensive diagnostic radiology services and is equipped with modern imaging technology, supporting a high-volume emergency department with overnight radiology coverage.
Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Radiology-Diagnostic
Job Details:
Remote Diagnostic Radiology coverage for ED night shifts, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST
Minimum of 7 shifts per month required; 2-3 weeks of coverage needed per month
Average of 80-130 mixed ED cases per 8-hour shift
2-3 residents overnight; resident teaching is required
PACS: Sectra EMR: Cerner Dictation: Powerscribe
Workstation will be provided
Active Michigan medical license required
Board certification required (Certified)
Clean malpractice history required
Case logs required and must be submitted with bid
NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days must be submitted at the time of bid
DEA waiver required; DEA license itself is not required
BLS certification required
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
