This hybrid opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with flexible remote work, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.Position HighlightsFull-time or part-time opportunity (0.6-1.0 FTE)Hybrid role with approximately 50% remote work and 50% onsite coverageFlexibility to work from home up to three days per weekTypical workday of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.No call and no weekend responsibilitiesGenerous paid time offSolo radiology practice with consultation support from a 16-radiologist group in Duluth, MinnesotaHigh degree of professional autonomy with strong collegial supportCommunity-focused practice in a highly desirable recreational areaQualificationsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in RadiologyStrong general radiology skills including mammography, stereotactic biopsies, fluoroscopy, and ultrasoundBasic interventional skills including paracentesis and thoracentesisCompensation & BenefitsBase salary of $571,000 or equal share of revenue poolAdditional compensation opportunities through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based payCompetitive benefits package
