Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - Radiology - Mammography Join a dynamic team at the University of Florida Healthcare System in Leesburg, Florida! This is an exciting opportunity for a Radiologist to provide onsite coverage in a supportive and innovative environment. The facility is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to the community and offers state-of-the-art technology and resources.
Job Responsibilities: Provide onsite radiology services, focusing on mammography and general radiology.
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including XR, CT, MR, and US.
Review and interpret diagnostic images and provide accurate assessments.
Manage daily volume expectations of 90-100 exams per shift.
Utilize EMR system (EPIC) and PACS system (Merge) for efficient workflow.
Participate in interdisciplinary discussions and contribute to patient care decisions.
Qualifications: Board Certified in Radiology, with a focus on Mammography.
Active Florida medical license.
Current DEA registration.
A self-query NPDB report, dated within the last 30 days.
Experience in reading general exams, MSK, and Neuro cases is a plus.
License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification - REQUIRED
Active FL License - REQUIRED
DEA Registration - REQUIRED
