Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >70 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must be capable of performing tests in the OR, with lots of orthopedic and urology work. Must have experience in fluoro.
Unit Details: Work includes inpatient and outpatient imaging. Procedures include barium studies, LPs, myelograms, aspiration of joints and injection of joints.
Special Requests: All RTO or schedule requests must be included with the submission; HCF will not approve RTO or schedule requests after submission.
Shift & Scheduling: 7 on, 7 off schedule from Thursday through Wednesday: Thursday 0100 to 0700; Thursday 1900 to 0700; Friday 1900 to 0700; Saturday 1900 to 0700; Sunday 1900 to 0700; Monday 1900 to 0700; Tuesday 1900 to 0700; Wednesday 1900 to 0100. No call.
14 days maximum time off
