Job description

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
PAPR & Fit Testing Requirement: PAPR use is not guaranteed across all departments and must be flagged at submission. All applicants must be willing to shave to pass the mandatory N95 fit test to avoid a rescinded offer.
Required Credentials: Graduate of an JCERT approved School of Radiologic Technology. Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. Completes yearly Age Specific Competency.
Unit Details: Assignment covers Orthopedics floors 4, 7 and 9.
Shift & Scheduling: No call.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
