Job description
Optum Radiology is seeking a detail-oriented Radiology Scheduler Call Center in Mount Kisco, NY. You will schedule radiology procedures, verify insurance, and maintain patient records while delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, 1+ year of computer and healthcare or customer service experience, and availability for a 40-hour work week with rotating Saturdays. EPIC experience is preferred.
