Radiology Scheduling SpecialistContract: 13 Weeks (Potential for Extension or Perm) Interview Process: Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams Minimum 1 year of recent Radiology scheduling experience required. Epic EMR experience strongly preferred. High-volume outpatient Radiology scheduling environment. Primary responsibility is accurately processing and entering 150–200 physician imaging orders received via fax each day into the scheduling system. Exceptional attention to detail is required, as transcription or order entry errors can result in incorrect procedures being scheduled, insurance authorization issues, delays in patient care, and patient safety concerns. Experience with patient registration and insurance verification is strongly preferred.We're seeking a detail-oriented healthcare professional with at least one year of recent Radiology scheduling experience who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. The ideal candidate will have:Recent experience scheduling outpatient imaging procedures such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, or other Radiology modalities.Experience working in Epic or another hospital scheduling system.Experience with patient registration and insurance verification.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately process 150–200 physician imaging orders per day.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.The ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume scheduling environment.
