Methodist Health System in Dallas is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead daily operations of our imaging services. This role oversees technologists and support staff, ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging and an exceptional patient experience. The Radiology Manager will manage staffing, scheduling, and performance, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and radiation safety standards. In partnership with physicians and clinical leaders, you will drive workflow optimization, quality initiatives, and efficient use of RIS/PACS and EMR systems.
