Job Title: Evening Shift Radiology Supervisor
Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000 $105,000 annually + sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our evening shift team in Boston. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a motivated technologist ready to step into a leadership role, ensuring high-quality imaging services and smooth departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support radiology staff during evening shift operations
Coordinate workflow, staffing, and patient scheduling to maintain efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Assist with complex imaging procedures as needed
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with radiologists and hospital leadership to optimize patient care
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when necessary
Qualifications:
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
Active Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility)
Prior radiology experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
