Responsibilities
Produce high quality diagnostic radiographs, rotating through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology.
Technologist is required to properly perform all duties related to general interventional, vascular interventional and all neuro and neuro-vascular (stroke) studies performed in the department.
Provide technical support for interventional radiographic examinations.
Perform basic to complex diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.
Assess patient condition, operate imaging equipment, prepare examination rooms, and maintain equipment, supplies, and medications.
Perform related duties as required.
Compensation
Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility.
Under minimal supervision, perform basic to complex diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician. Provide technical support for interventional radiographic examinations. This includes assessing patient condition, operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and medications. Perform radiographic exams on all patients as necessary. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required: Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
Certifications: BLS required; ARRT or registry eligible (must have ARRT within one year post graduation); State license if required.
Preferred: Education: Associate's degree
Experience: 1-3 years experience.
