Radiology Technologist Full Time (M F, 8a 5p) Location: Southeast Nebraska Region (ZIP 68352) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Setting: Hospital-based imaging department
About the Role This Radiology Technologist position supports a busy regional imaging department, performing high quality diagnostic radiographic exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy. You ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team and support a community-focused healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety standards
Collaborate with providers, nurses, and imaging staff to support efficient patient flow
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report service needs
Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for all age groups
Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
Requirements ARRT (R) certification
Nebraska state license required (or willing to obtain)
Previous hospital or outpatient imaging experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Commitment to patient safety and high-quality imaging standards
