Job Overview Specialty : Interventional Radiology Hospital Location: Bismarck, ND Summary: Client needs IR general (stroke capabilities are required). The coverage is an 8-hour day, generally anywhere between 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24-hour call on the weekends. Schedule/Availability Requirements: Orientation will need to be completed the day before the first confirmed shift from 8am-3pm 11/25 (8am) - 12/1 (8am) 12/22 (3pm) - 12/31 (8am) 8a-4p with evening call 4p-8a, and 24-hour call on the weekends Required Procedures: Current list of procedures that our IR team performs: Diagnostic vascular intervention Angiography - venous and arterial Therapeutic vascular intervention Angioplasty - venous and arterial Stenting (venous and arterial) Thrombolytic therapy Embolization therapy Interventional (body, non-neuro) Vascular access devices/PICCS Central lines Port a cath insertions IVC Filters TIPS Aspiration/drainage procedures Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone) Extractions (Biliary & Renal) Abscess drainage Thoracentesis Paracentesis Myelography Pain management procedures Perc. Transhepatic Cholangiogram Blood patch Joint/epidural injections Vertebroplasty Arthrograms Chest tube insertion Uterine artery embolization Liver Y90/Tace Gastrostomy tube insertion Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion Renal fistulograms Cryoablation Required: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy EMR: Epic License: ND or IMLC ABOUT DELTA LOCUM TENENS
