Job description

FMW Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals to join our shop facility outside Chattanooga, TN. We provide mechanical and engineering design, locomotive servicing, rail operations, safety administration, and training.

Candidates must demonstrate welding proficiency, blueprint reading, fabrication accuracy, and strong teamwork in a safety‑driven environment. Experience with SMAW/FCAW, WPS/WPQR knowledge, and the ability to pass pre‑employment screening are essential.
