Job description
Port Houston seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to lead the long- and short-term strategic objectives for freight rail operations serving the Houston Shipping Channel and Port Houston ports. You will partner with Class I railroads, PTRA, industry players, and customers to identify, fund, and execute projects that optimize market access, reduce costs, and expand capacity.
