We're hiring Railcar Preppers to help prepare railcars for the safe transportation of vehicles across the country. This is a physically active role where your work directly impacts daily operations and keeps the automotive supply chain moving.
nWhether you have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, automotive work, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environments, we want to hear from you.
nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Railcar Prepper, you'll work outdoors in an industrial rail yard and be responsible for:
nInspecting railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns
nOpening and securing railcar doors and equipment
nRemoving debris using backpack blowers and hand tools
nPreparing railcars for loading and transport
nIdentifying repair needs and reporting issues
nSafely operating tools and equipment
nFollowing all company, customer, and industry safety standards
nWhat We're Looking For
nStrong work ethic and dependable attendance
nAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions
nComfortable with physical labor, including:
