Home Inspection SpecialistEssential Responsibilities:Complete routine home inspections, and secure homes following departures and prepare homes for arrivalsCheck for functionality of all appliances and electronic devicesPromptly report any maintenance or general housekeeping issues to other departmentsProvide homeowners with regular, effective communication by email or phoneMinimum Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent customer serviceExcellent written & verbal communication skillsMust have strong organizational skills and be detail-orientedMust be available to work weekends and holidaysMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationComputer experience requiredUse of company vehicle on rotational basis (after 90 days)Physically you can anticipate to:Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verballyExert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the timeHave close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentationSubject to internal and external environmental conditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
