We also serve as the destination for the best fresh products, affordable offerings, and personalized service.As a Shift Supervisor in our Distribution Center, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and service standards are achieved.In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise and develop a team responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, loading, and shipping products that support our stores and customers. You will partner closely with warehouse leadership, transportation teams, vendors, and internal business partners to maintain efficient workflows, inventory accuracy, food safety standards, and operational excellence. Individual compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, including experience, knowledge, skills, and demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
