Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks a Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse to deliver expert bedside care during emergencies in our St. Louis facilities. In this mission-driven role, you will rapidly assess and stabilize deteriorating patients, lead and support code and rapid response events, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate bedside staff on early warning signs and escalation practices, participate in debriefs and quality initiatives, and benefit from robust training, research-connected practice, and strong, comprehensive benefits in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
