Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse to provide hospital-wide emergency response and act as a clinical resource, guiding staff and educating on procedures.
You will respond to codes, assess and plan care, educate patients and families, promote safety and compliance, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
