This network focses on empowering n protecting vlnerble popltions, incling nocmente commnities, throgh commnity ection, otrech, n emergency response coorintion. The orgnizer long with the Progrms Mnger will mnge ll spects of implementtion of the 85 Rpi Response Network, ensring timely completion of tsks, fostering collbortion mong prtner orgniztions, n mintining open commniction with stkeholers.

Experience:
1-3 yers in commnity orgnizing, project mngement, or emergency response coorintion.
Fmilirity with immigrnt rights or nonprofit opertions is pls.
Skills:
Strong project mngement n orgniztionl skills.
Excellent verbl n written commniction skills in English n Spnish (preferre).
Proficiency with Google Workspce n project trcking tools.

Work Schele:
This position is fll-time non-exempt with 4 hors week mx. It is hybri role with two ys of remote work n three ys bse ot of the 85nocFn stellite office in the Lompoc, Snt Mri, Snt Brbr n occsionl trvel to the Oxnr office bse on tske region. Occsionl in-person meetings n events throghot Sn Lis Obispo, Ventr n Snt Brbr Conties will be reqire. This position is intene to be permnent.
Compenstion/Benefits:
Horly py: $2 to $28 per hor, epening on ection n experience, n itionl $15 monthly Hzr Py.
Milege reimbrsement will be etermine bse on stte reqirements.
