Rapid Response Security GuardGardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Rapid Response Security Guard!Ready to suit up as a Rapid Response Security Guard? Preferably has six months of security experience. Must be 21 years old. Must have an active driver's license.What matters most in a role like this is your ability to adapt from one mission to the next. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.What's in it for you:Site Location: Varies, MUST be willing and able to cover all sites that fall under the Silicon Valley Branch. Site locations will include San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Fremont, Milpitas, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, Hollister, Salinas, and Monterey.Set schedule: Full-time, 32 - 40 hours per week MUST be willing to work any day of the week (Monday - Sunday) and any shift (day, swing, and overnight).Competitive hourly wage of $24/hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities for Rapid Response Security GuardMonitor the premises to ensure securityConduct patrols to spot any suspicious activityControl access points and verify identitiesRespond quickly to incidents or potential threatsProvide excellent customer service while maintaining securityWrite detailed reports on events and incidentsCollaborate with authorities during serious situationsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Rapid Response Security GuardYou have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDPreferably has six months of security experienceMust be 21 years oldMust have an active driver's licenseMUST be willing to work any day of the week (Monday - Sunday) and any shift (day, swing, and overnight)MUST be willing and able to work at all sites that fall under Silicon Valley Branch (Could be as far south as Salinas / Monterey)Please include your most up to date security resumeAbility to think quickly and adapt to changing situationsResponsive and strong problem solving skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
