Description:
This position requires working in various departments including ICU, ER, Med-surg, and NICU.
The unit has a total of 330 beds.
The patient ratio is approximately 30 patients per staff member.
Staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability.
Equipment used includes Draeger vents, Hamilton vents V60s, and High Flow devices.
The patient population encompasses adults and neonates.
Documentation is completed using an electronic medical record system.
Candidates should be prepared to float to other units as necessary.
Patient experience requirements must be met consistently.
Advanced skills required include procedures such as nebulizers, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest physiotherapy.
Candidates will be considered first based on preferred skills.
