We are in search of an Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our AGM will assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, such as staff development, scheduling, and financial accountabilities (including payroll, accounts payable, inventory, and sales analysis). Aside from the day-to-day operations, our AGM will enjoy being an active part of a fun and welcoming dining experience for each of our guests.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
Enthusiasm for wine and a genuine interest in craft cocktails. Experience with wine service, pairings, and bar operations is a plus.
A love of good food and a desire to expand your culinary knowledge.
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional teamwork abilities.
A welcoming demeanor a knack for extending hospitality to both our guests and our staff.
A working knowledge of Aloha, Hotschedules, and Microsoft Office Suite
TIPS and Serve Safe Certification
