Ascendis Pharma seeks a Rare Condition Account Manager (RCAM) to build strategic relationships within top health systems and promote its rare disease therapies. The role emphasizes responsibility for education, reimbursement, and long-term adoption across a large geographic area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in rare disease or specialty pharma sales or market access, a proven track record with stakeholders, and experience supporting product launches. Heavy travel is expected.
