Job description
Blue Gems ABA seeks an energetic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement IEP-aligned intervention plans, collect progress data, and adapt strategies under supervision.
You will work closely with BCBAs and families to promote generalization of skills, maintain safety, and provide consistent, compassionate care across environments.
