Job description
Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes for children with autism. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collect data, and submit session notes, collaborating with a BCBA and the team.
Flexible hours and growth opportunities are emphasized. Successful candidates will have RBT certification, experience with ASD, strong English communication, and reliable transportation, with background checks required.
