Job description
Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Certified RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings in North Carolina. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time progress data.
This role requires active RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus), reliable transportation, and strong communication.
