Job description
Blue Gems ABA in Wilmington, MA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.
The role requires certification or eligibility as an RBT, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus), and strong communication skills.
