Job description
Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.
This role requires an active RBT credential and ongoing certification, with opportunities to collaborate with families and care teams in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
