Job description
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
To kick things off, we’re also offering a$500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
Track progress and communicate with families
Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
What We’re Looking For:
Active RBT Certification
Reliable transportationto get to client’s homes
High school diploma or equivalent(college is a plus, but not required!)
Must be18 or older
Ability topass a background check
Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Available Schedules:
Client #1: M-F 4p to 6p
Pay scale: $20-$26
