Job description
Bridgewell is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential programs and contribute to delivering behavior analytic services under supervision. This role involves data collection, behavior plan review, and collaboration with guardians and staff.
You will help individuals develop daily living skills, provide transportation as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining required certifications and documentation.
