Job description
Hopebridge is seeking an RBT Facilitator to support coaching of ABA Therapists and RBTs in a clinical setting. The role combines direct patient sessions with modeling of ABA strategies and providing targeted feedback to promote skill development and clinical growth.
You will prepare therapists for the RBT Competency Assessment and certification, collaborate with Virtual Trainers and clinical leadership, and help ensure coaching is consistent with Hopebridge quality standards across centers.
