Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate opportunities to apply ABA skills with fidelity and compassion.
You will work with a supportive clinical team, document progress, and contribute to individualized care plans while gaining hands-on experience in a thriving ABA environment.
