Job description
Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to serve in a float capacity across designated residential programs in Northern and Central New Jersey. The RBT provides direct behavioral intervention to adults with IDD and works under supervision of a BCBA, with clinical oversight and flexible travel between locations.
Responsibilities include implementing BSPs and ABA interventions, collecting data, and supporting staff through training and collaboration.
