Job description
Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support learners in homes and in the Indianapolis area, delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.
We offer a rapid interview and onboarding process with pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days for full-time staff, 401(k) after 3 months, PTO and unpaid time off, plus supervision by experienced BCBAs and growth opportunities
