Job description
PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
This part-time role offers growth to full-time as caseloads expand, ongoing mentorship, competitive pay, quarterly bonus, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.
You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, engage families, and participate in ongoing professional development to support client progress.
