Job description
PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings.
You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to promote progress and independence. The role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification, with annual raises and a quarterly bonus based on hours worked.
