Job description
heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team serving clients in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and record session data to support client independence and positive behavior.
This role offers part-time hours, with opportunities for professional advancement and flexible scheduling. We provide paid training, access to BCBA schooling partnerships, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to client success.
