Job description
United and Empowered is seeking a RBT to provide 1:1 behavioral services for children in a clinic setting under a supervising BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, teach replacement skills, and support communication and daily living goals in a structured environment.
Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, crisis procedures, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with families and school staff.
