Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and maintaining accurate session data.
This role emphasizes compassionate care, patience, and a passion for helping children with Autism. We offer same-day pay, opportunities for advancement within the ABA field, flexible scheduling, and paid training.
